About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
Dunefox publishes product and presenter led video on a regular schedule, at a standard suitable for use on the website and in sales material. This contract role covers both filming and editing. You will work alongside the content coordinator and the UGC content creator so that each piece moves from script to published cut on schedule. A significant part of the work is presenting a detailed product interface clearly and legibly in short form video.
What you will do
- Film and edit product videos of the Dunefox dashboards, covering the unified inbox, lead scoring, messaging broadcasts and the Voice call console
- Edit presenter led footage into finished pieces, including pacing, audio correction, colour matching, lower thirds and captions
- Produce vertical cutdowns for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn from each long form piece
- Add motion graphics and on screen annotation so that product workflows are followable without relying solely on narration
- Work to the content calendar alongside the content coordinator and the UGC content creator, meeting agreed delivery dates
- Maintain organised project files and an asset library so that any cut can be revised or reversioned
What we are looking for
- At least one year of editing experience in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, with After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics
- Screen recording proficiency: controlled cursor movement, considered zoom and crop, and interface legibility at mobile size
- Audio post production competence covering noise reduction, levelling and music balance
- Subtitling and caption styling, including burned in captions for social platforms
- Editing judgement informed by retention and viewer drop off
Good to have
- Prior SaaS or product video work
- Own camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Experience directing non professional presenters on camera

Applications are assessed primarily on demonstrated work. Relevant prior experience is prioritised.
