About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
This role covers quality assurance for the Dunefox platform and for sucetastech.com and dunefox.io. You will write and maintain test cases, carry out functional and regression testing ahead of each release, verify fixes, and report defects with reproduction steps clear enough for an engineer to act on directly. The role suits someone methodical who takes an interest in how software fails as well as in how it works.
What you will do
- Write and maintain test cases covering the core Dunefox workflows: the unified inbox, lead capture and scoring, messaging broadcasts and the Voice call console
- Carry out functional, regression and cross browser testing ahead of each release
- Test the company websites across desktop and mobile, including forms, navigation and page performance
- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual behaviour, environment details and supporting evidence
- Verify fixes and close defects once resolved
- Maintain a release checklist and report test coverage and outstanding issues before each deployment
What we are looking for
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals: test cases, test plans, the defect lifecycle and severity classification
- Ability to write precise, reproducible defect reports
- Familiarity with browser developer tools for inspecting network requests and console output
- Methodical working style and close attention to detail
- Clear written English for defect reports and release notes
Good to have
- Exposure to an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
- Experience testing a web application or SaaS product
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or a similar tool
Send work samples with your application
A test plan, test case set or defect report you have written. Alternatively, submit a written report of three defects you have found in any live product, with reproduction steps.
Applications are assessed primarily on demonstrated work. Relevant prior experience is prioritised.
