About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
This contract role covers scripting and on camera presentation for Dunefox short form video. You will produce talking head explainers as well as pieces filmed alongside the Dunefox dashboards. The content coordinator manages scheduling and the video editor handles post production, so the focus of this role is scripting and delivery on camera.
What you will do
- Script and film short form video for Dunefox, including explainers, problem and solution formats, and product led pieces
- Present in a natural, conversational style suited to short form social video
- Film both product context pieces alongside the Dunefox dashboards and standalone presenter led content
- Work with the content coordinator on scheduling and with the video editor on the final cut so that each piece meets its publication date
- Write opening hooks that hold attention within the first few seconds
- Review performance data and iterate on formats accordingly
What we are looking for
- Confident and natural on camera in English, with Hindi or Marathi an advantage
- Able to self film to a good standard: framing, lighting and clean audio, on a phone or camera
- Short form scripting ability covering hook, payoff and call to action
- Current awareness of Reels and Shorts formats and conventions
- Reliable delivery against agreed dates
Good to have
- An existing UGC portfolio, or a personal account with engaged short form content
- Familiarity with SaaS or business software as a category
- Basic editing ability, sufficient to supply a rough cut

Two or three UGC videos featuring you on camera. Brand work is preferred; personal content is acceptable. Links to live posts with visible engagement are helpful.
Applications are assessed primarily on demonstrated work. Relevant prior experience is prioritised.
