About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
As Product Manager and Team Lead you will coordinate a cross functional team covering SEO, design, video and content for Dunefox. You will own the content calendar, run the planning and review cycle, maintain a single project tracker, and report progress to the leadership team. The role suits someone who enjoys turning several parallel workstreams into a predictable delivery schedule.
What you will do
- Run daily standups and weekly planning across the SEO, design, video and content workstreams
- Own the content calendar end to end: what publishes, on which channel, on which date, and who prepares it
- Resolve day to day blockers across the team and keep dependencies moving
- Review deliverables against brand guidelines and approved messaging before publication
- Maintain a single project tracker in Notion, ClickUp or Jira as the source of truth for status
- Report weekly to the leadership team on delivery, risks and decisions required
- Write clear briefs so each contributor starts with the context and acceptance criteria they need
What we are looking for
- Experience coordinating a team or a multi workstream project in a professional, internship or academic setting
- Working knowledge of at least one project management tool: Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Asana or Trello
- Ability to write clear briefs, status reports and meeting summaries
- Understanding of content calendar planning, channel cadence and production lead times
- Strong follow through and stakeholder communication
Good to have
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or an in house marketing team
- Familiarity with SEO and social analytics reporting
- Based in Pune and available for hybrid working
