About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
This role combines social media design and social media strategy in one seat. You will produce the assets in Figma, working inside the established Dunefox and Sucetas brand systems, and you will also own what gets published, when, and how it performs. It suits someone who can both build a clean carousel and read an analytics dashboard, rather than specialising in only one of the two.
What you will do
- Design posts, carousels, story frames and advertising creatives in Figma for Dunefox and Sucetas across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
- Build and maintain reusable components, variants and auto layout frames to improve production speed
- Apply each brand system correctly and maintain a clear separation between the two identities
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar with the team
- Track engagement, reach and growth metrics, and optimise calls to action
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google
- Monitor return on advertising spend, manage budget and improve conversion through structured testing
- Export assets at the correct platform specifications and keep an organised, navigable file structure
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of Figma: components, variants, auto layout, styles and constraints
- A portfolio of social media design work
- Content creation and copywriting ability
- Understanding of B2B SaaS as a category and of how platform algorithms behave
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics and a scheduling tool
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads, including budget management
- Sound typographic judgement covering hierarchy, spacing, measure and contrast
Good to have
- A qualification in design, or an equivalent portfolio
- Prior experience running social media for a product or agency client
- Motion design fundamentals for simple animated posts
- Familiarity with analytics beyond the native platform dashboards

Applications are assessed primarily on demonstrated work. Relevant prior experience is prioritised.
