About Dunefox
Dunefox is an AI powered customer engagement platform developed by Sucetas Technologies Private Limited. It combines support, lead management and marketing in a single workspace across web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram, with AI voice agents available alongside it. Organisations use it to respond to customer enquiries more quickly and to manage them through to resolution. The platform is live and serves paying customers internationally.
About the role
This role owns the off-page side of our search programme across dunefox.io and sucetastech.com. You will build and work a qualified prospect list, run outreach, secure directory and review platform listings, and report on referring domain growth and keyword movement. The work is hands on and measurable from the first week.
What you will do
- Build and maintain a qualified prospect list across software directories, review platforms, comparison articles, integration pages and resource pages
- Submit and verify listings on software directories including G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, SaaSworthy and AlternativeTo, maintaining consistent company and product details across all of them
- Run guest post and resource page outreach, drafting the pitches and managing structured follow up
- Analyse competitor backlink profiles in Semrush to identify realistic link opportunities
- Track referring domains, anchor text distribution and authority metrics weekly, and identify low quality links for the disavow file
- Report keyword movement from Google Search Console and Semrush with a short written analysis
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of off-page SEO: link building, anchor text strategy, domain authority and link attributes
- Practical experience with at least one of Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz, together with Google Search Console
- Clear written English suitable for outreach correspondence
- Strong spreadsheet discipline for maintaining prospect and outreach trackers
- Understanding of search engine guidelines and what constitutes a compliant link
Good to have
- Prior internship or freelance work involving link acquisition
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS as a category
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions and internal linking
